Cofbex (Jastishia) is a highly effective Ayurvedic herbal cough syrup containing pure Vasak (Justicia adhatoda / Jastishia) liquid extract (2.5 ml per 5 ml), formulated in accordance with the Bangladesh National Ayurvedic Formulary (B.N.A.F). Cofbex liquefies thick mucus and sputum, soothes irritated bronchial mucous membranes, relieves acute and chronic cough, eases bronchial spasms, reduces fever, and clears pulmonary congestion during respiratory infections.

Dosage & Administration
Dosage & Administration: • Adults: 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) 2-4 times daily. • Children: 1/2-1 teaspoonful (2.5-5 ml) 2-3 times daily, or as directed by the registered physician.
