Antabex (Amalaki Rasayan) is a classical Ayurvedic liquid preparation formulated from Amalaki (Emblica officinalis). It acts as a powerful digestive tonic and natural antacid, helping to reduce hyperacidity, relieve heartburn, improve digestion, and support overall gastrointestinal comfort. Composition & Ingredients
Each 5 ml contains extracts/preparation of Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) and other complementary Ayurvedic excipients q.s.
Indications & Clinical Uses
Hyperacidity, heartburn, gastritis, indigestion, flatulence, loss of appetite, and general digestive debility.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 2 to 4 teaspoonfuls (10 to 20 ml) twice daily after meals with an equal amount of water. Or as directed by a registered physician/Ayurvedic practitioner.
Side Effects & Adverse Reactions
Generally safe and well-tolerated at recommended dosages. Excess consumption may rarely cause mild bowel looseness or gastric upset.
Contraindications, Storage & Safety
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity or known allergy to Amalaki or any of its ingredients. Severe diarrhea or dysentery.
